Many organizations are adopting FDD across their buildings as part of a broader vision for facilities management in the future. This may include data-driven strategies to optimize maintenance operations, manage risk, extend the life of assets and optimize capital renewal budgets, reduce energy consumption and costs, reduce carbon emissions, and improve indoor environment and public health. How are Facilities leaders communicating this vision and making a business case to financial and non-Facilities stakeholders to realize these visions? This panel will draw from a panel with experience communicating this type of vision to organizational leaders and make the business case to fund and sustain these strategies.

Learn about the University of Rochester’s comprehensive pilot and implementation of FDD, including cost-benefit summary and how they are leveraging FDD for new building commissioning. We’ll share lessons learned and strategies moving forward for a new FDD organization.

The most important thing an organization can do to drive energy and operational efficiency (and savings!) from their FDD system is to create and complete tasks. In this session, our panel of client experts discuss their strategies for implementing processes that drive action and how their teams have achieved record numbers of closed tasks.

We’re excited to announce the launch of Clockworks Academy! Now, Clockworks users can access on-demand training courses such as "Understanding Diagnostic Reports", "Creating Tasks from Diagnostic Reports", and "Calculating Task Annual Avoidable Cost Projections.” Get a sneak peek of our new learning management system (LMS) and learn how to start using it.
